Mrs. Rutherford is a Registered Nurse, Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner, Certified Forensic Nurse and Certified RN Auditor/Coder, with 35 years of service at Sierra Vista Regional Health Center. She has had experience in teaching, management and supervisory positions as well as hands on nursing in many specialties. Lori has experience in Medical/Forensic exams both with adults and children and is qualified as an expert witness in Superior and Federal Court as well as having extensive experience in fact witness testimony.
