Topic:  Confined Spaces

Attendees will gain a better understanding of the Confined space regulations, and what the roles and responsibilities of the various players are in that capacity.  They will gain an understanding of the differences of a confined space and a permit required confined space and what each entails.

As a result of successfully completing this course, the student will be able to: 

• Know the difference between confined space and permit required confined space.
• Have a better understanding of the requirements of the confined space standard and permitting system.
• Be able to list the main hazards associated with confined spaces. .
• Identify several key factors in protecting employees working within the confined spaces.
